Welcome to Asset Log ("Service"), a Microsoft Teams-integrated solution for company assets management. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1.1 "Service" refers to the Asset Log solution and related services provided through Microsoft Teams.
1.2 "User" means any individual or entity accessing the Service.

1.4 "Content" includes all data, text, files, and materials uploaded, shared, or transmitted through the Service.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Service is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 or older.
2.2 By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Registration: To use the Service, you may need to create an account linked to your Microsoft Teams account.
3.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for any activities under your account.

4.1 You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and, where applicable, the laws of the the United States / European Union.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration or competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

12.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through Microsoft Teams.
12.2 Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
